Does it need salt? Add a final flourish of texture and flavour with our garlic scape salt to get the salt right while at the same time adding a note of garlic. Using the scapes from our own garlic, we have made a garlic scape salt best used as a finishing salt. Kosher salt has been deliberately chosen as it is the least salty salt, making it harder for the dish to be oversalted. Sprinkle over your finished dish and enjoy!
Tip: Our favorite use of this salt this season has been on fresh corn from Belluz!
