Our Story

This farm is a relatively new family partnership between Beverly and Bryan Barlow, and their daughter Gwen along with her husband Brody Marsonet. We started our farm in 2020, adding the wool mill in 2023.

What We Do

We are a sheep farm and wool mill operation. We raise purebred Polypay sheep and purebred heritage Lincoln Longwool sheep for both their meat and their fibre. We grow specialty garlic and cut flowers.

Beverly also makes unique wool products under the name Border House Fibre Arts

Where We Are

We are a small farm about 30 minutes outside of Thunder Bay, Ontario in Neebing. We serve Northwestern Ontario and have made our lamb available in Dryden and Sioux Lookout through delivery.

"The ordering process was efficient and easy. The lamb is excellent. Sweet, tender and lean. Ordered half a lamb and asked for stew meat, ground lamb, as well as the usual leg and chops, etc. Everything was as requested. Would definitely recommend lamb from Borderlands Farm and we will be ordering again this year."
