Premium Lamb

​We have lamb available

once a year:

LATE FALL - WINTER

Primarily sold through pre-orders via our online Farm Store, customers can choose whole lamb, half lamb, or one of the curated boxes.

After all pre-orders are fulfilled, individual cuts ("a la carte") are sold at the Thunder Bay Country Market and on Superior Seasons.

Cured garlic is ready in late August / early September and is sold at the TBay Market and through our online Farm Store. 

We have an on-site wool mill to process our sheep's wool fibre that utilizes Belfast Mini-Mill equipment. We also have wet and dry felting machines to make felted products from our wool.

We sell our wool products through our online Farm Store and at the TBay Market.

Under the name Border House Fibre Arts, Beverly create one-of-a-kind hats, shawls, necklaces and other products.
