This sampler includes eight small-sized, cured bulbs of our hardneck garlic varieties. Each bulb is clearly marked with a coloured band for easy identification, and an included information card provides details on flavour profiles and basic storage tips.

Whether you’re looking to add a touch of heat with the spicier cloves or prefer the sweetness of milder varieties, this collection lets you experiment with a range of flavours. Roast, sauté, or use them raw to discover which ones you like best. 

Included garlic: Big Boy, Majestic, Music, German White, Russian Red, Chesnok, Persian Star, Spanish Roja Size: Small bulbs measure between 1.5-1.75" in diameter Storage Instructions: Store cured whole heads of garlic in a cool, dry place in a bag or bowl with good airflow. Keep out of the sun and avoid humidity. Different varieties have different estimated storage times. These bulbs will store up to 3-6 months with diminishing flavour complexity as they age.
