A pretty and practical way to stock your kitchen with locally grown hardneck garlic. Each bunch includes 12 bulbs—four small, four medium and four large—from an assortment of varieties. Use the different sizes for everything from everyday cooking to whole roasted garlic.
Garlic varieties can include: Big Boy, Majestic, Music, German White, Russian Red, Chesnok, Persian Star, Spanish Roja

Storage Instructions: Store cured whole heads of garlic in a cool, dry place in a bag or bowl with good airflow. Keep out of the sun and avoid humidity. Different varieties have different estimated storage times. These bulbs will store up to 3-6 months with diminishing flavour complexity as they age.

Customers can choose to pick-up at the farm or the Thunder Bay Country Market, or can choose delivery to the Thunder Bay area (if eligible). Once you have placed your order, you will receive a follow-up email when your order is ready to arrange a mutually convenient pick-up or delivery time.
