The Thunder Bay Weavers and Spinners Guild came out for a tour of the new wool mill equipment and the farm itself. They brought TBay TV with them.

Our livestock guardian dogs and barn cat were the focus of this profle from TBnewswatch. Our working dogs, Johnny and Danny, and cat, Ernie, make a big difference here on the farm.

Matt Fratpietro and his videographer from CBC Thunder Bay news came out to the farm to talk to us about our sheep farm and wool mill. If you haven't been out to our farm this is a good way to get a virtual tour. 

Our very first lamb from our farm made it onto the cover of Small Farm magazine. Luckily she is one we had decided to keep, so #1 is still in our flock today.

Gwen was interviewed by Jonathan Pinto, CBC's host of Up North, for the Northern Nosh segment. This program is primarily about local food so lamb is the focus of the conversation.

Beverly participated in a panel on the  Northern Gardening radio program from WTIP Community Radio. This one is all about grwoing garlic on the North Shore. 

Adrian Lysenko from Thunder Bay's The Walleye Magazine came out to the farm in April of 2023 to check out our soon-to-be Wool Mill, as well as Beverly's specialty fibre products that she makes as Border House Fibre Arts.
