Premium Lamb

We have a commercial flock of purebred Polypay sheep.

We have lamb available

once a year:

Early Winter (Nov.-Jan.)

Primarly sold through pre-orders via our online Farm Store, customers can choose whole lamb, half lamb, or one of the  boxes. After all pre-orders are fufilled, any remaining individual cuts ("a la carte") are sold at the TBay Market or through our online Farm Store.

Fresh ("green") garlic is usually available beginning in early August. Cured garlic is ready in late August / early September and is sold at the TBay Market and through our online Farm Store. 

We have an on-site wool mill to process our sheep's wool fibre that utilizes Belfast Mini-Mill equipment. We also have wet and dry felting machines to make felted products from our wool.

We currently have hand-dyed wool rovings, batts and locks available for local purchase through our online Farm Store and at the TBay Market.

Under the name Border House Fibre Arts, Beverly create one-of-a-kind hats, shawls, necklaces and other products.
